Exercise Description
Swiss Ball EZ-Bar Pullover is an upper body exercise that specifically targets the chest, back, shoulders, and triceps muscles. This exercise will also actively engage the core throughout the range of motion.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit on a Swiss ball with an EZ bar at your knees with a shoulder-width overhand grip. Lie on your back on the ball as you lift the bar over your chest. This is your starting position. -
Step 2
With your elbows slightly bent, lower the EZ bar over your head. You should feel a strong stretch in your triceps and lats. Pause, tighten your core muscles, and return the bar to its original position.

Exercise Tips
- Don't let your shoulders go forward. Keep your chest up and your shoulders back.
- Avoid sagging hips. Squeeze your buttocks and keep a straight line from head to knees.
