Exercise Description
Shoulder-Tapping Pushup helps to strengthen your core, glutes, arms, and shoulders. This exercise also helps to reduce lower back pain, improves your posture, and tightens your midsection.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Take a standard push-up position with your arms slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Your body should make a straight line from shoulders to ankles. -
Step 2
Bend your elbows to lower your torso to the floor, pause, then return to the starting position. Then touch one shoulder with the hand on the opposite side.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the movement.
- Don't let your body sway to one side or the other while tapping your shoulder.
- Keep your elbows close to your body throughout the exercise.
