Exercise Description
Walkout From Pushup Position is an excellent way to work out your core and will hit the abs especially hard. It also stretches out your legs, glutes, and lower back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Start in a push-up position with your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart. Your body should form a straight line from shoulders to toes. -
Step 2
Slide your hands behind your head as far as you can without dropping your hips. Then bring them back to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Don't let your hips drop or rise high as you walk.
- Be sure to keep your elbows strong as you go out. Don't let them bend.
- Squeeze your core and glutes throughout the movement.
