Instructions

  1. Sit on the floor with knees and hips bent at 90°, feet flat on the floor, hold a plate with weights, arms fully extended in front of the chest.
  2. Bend your body back so that your torso is at a 45° angle, and use your abs to twist your torso in one direction as much as you can before changing direction and returning to the starting position to prepare to turn in the opposite direction.

Tips

  • Don't let your body rock back and forth as you crunch.
  • Tighten your abs as hard as you can for maximum efficiency.
  • Don't sit too high as this will put strain on your lower back.
