Exercise Description
EZ-Bar Pullover is a special kind of barbell that can help improve your strength and hypertrophy goals. While it is mainly used for curls and tricep extensions, it can also be used for a range of exercises to target your entire body.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit on a bench and hold an EZ bar across your knees with a shoulder-width overhand grip. Lie down on a bench while lifting the bar over your chest. This is your starting position. -
Step 2
With your elbows slightly bent, lower the EZ bar over your head. You should feel an intense stretch in your triceps and lats. Pause, tighten your core muscles, and return the bar to its original position.

Exercise Tips
- Don't let your shoulders move forward. Keep your chest up and your shoulders back.
- Try not to take your back off the bench. To ensure the correct position, keep the body in tension.
