Exercise Description
Lying Dumbbell Pullover To Extension works for multiple muscles throughout your upper body, including your latissimus dorsi, pectoralis major, the triceps on the back of your upper arms, and the serratus muscle on the side of your rib cage.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lying on a bench, hold the inside bar of a dumbbell with both hands, arms fully extended and triceps contracted. -
Step 2
Bend your elbows to lower the dumbbell behind your head, then roll your shoulders back, so your elbows are close to your head. Pause, then return to the starting position, tensing your triceps and lats.
