Exercise Description
Standing Cable Pullover is an isolation exercise that works the back, chest, and abs.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand in front of an adjustable cable machine with a straight bar attachment positioned on a high setting. Then, grasp the bar in an overhand grip, with your hands shoulder-width apart. -
Step 2
Keeping your arms straight, pull the bar down in an arc, bringing your shoulder blades together and keeping your core tight. When the bar hits your hips, pause and return to the starting position.
