Exercise Description

The Teaser is an effective exercise to provide balance, flexibility, and spinal mobility as it engages the entire core and back. This is primarily effective for targeting the external obliques, rectus abdominis, and hip flexors.

Exercise Instructions

  • Step 1

    Lie on the floor with your arms extended over your head. Get your abs ready and raise your straight legs to a 45-degree angle.
  • Step 2

    Raise your head and shoulders off the floor as you sit. Keeping your legs straight in the air, reach up to your knees. Carefully return to the starting position.

  • Try not to round your upper body too far forward. Keep your shoulders back and chest as you move.
