Instructions

  1. Lie on the floor with your arms extended over your head. Get your abs ready and raise your straight legs to a 45-degree angle.
  2. Raise your head and shoulders off the floor as you sit. Keeping your legs straight in the air, reach up to your knees. Carefully return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Try not to round your upper body too far forward. Keep your shoulders back and chest as you move.
  • Don't let your upper body lift you up; instead, rely on your core strength for this movie.
