Instructions

  1. Lie on the floor with your back and your knees should be bent, and your feet should be flat on the floor. Then place your fingertips behind your ears with your elbows pointed out.
  2. Keeping your feet on the floor, bend your upper body towards your hips. Keep your head in line with your body. Lower your upper body under control back to the floor.

Tips

  • Avoid overuse of the hip flexors. Focus on proper posture and use of your core.
  • Don't lean your head forward. Maintain a natural head position.
  • Don't let your shoulders roll forward. Keep your chest up and shoulders back.
