Exercise Description
Swiss Ball Pushup Plus provides balance and strength to the core as well as fires up the muscles in the chest, shoulders, and back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Place your hands on the Swiss ball slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and directly above your shoulders with your elbows extended. Your body should make a straight line from ankles to shoulders. -
Step 2
Lower your body onto the ball, tensing your core and tucking your elbows into your sides. When your chest touches the ball, return to the starting position with your arms fully extended but not clasped. -
Step 3
With your arms extended, push your upper back toward the ceiling to widen your shoulder blades. Pause, then lower your back to return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your elbows close to your body throughout the exercise.
- Try to keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the movement.
- Do not let your body sway from side to side during the exercise.
