Exercise Description
Swiss Ball Pushup primarily works your chest and shoulder muscles. In addition, using a Swiss ball ensures to engage twice the number of core muscles.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Take a push-up position with each hand on the Swiss ball, with your arms locked. -
Step 2
Bend your elbows to lower yourself until your chest touches the Swiss ball. Pause here and then return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your elbows bent at your sides.
- Keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the movement.
- Place your hands directly on the Swiss ball to reduce the chance of injury.
