Instructions

  1. Take a push-up position with each hand on the Swiss ball, with your arms locked.
  2. Bend your elbows to lower yourself until your chest touches the Swiss ball. Pause here and then return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your elbows bent at your sides.
  • Keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the movement.
  • Place your hands directly on the Swiss ball to reduce the chance of injury.
