Instructions

  1. Kneel in front of a bench and place your elbows shoulder-width apart on a Swiss ball.
  2. Prepare the core and put your feet on the bench behind you, pulling the body into the plank. Make sure your body is in a straight line from head to heels. Hold the desired time.

Tips

  • Do not allow your lower back to arch during the exercise. Always keep your abs tight to avoid injury.
  • Keep your elbows directly under your shoulders throughout the exercise.
  • Avoid holding your breath. Focus on slow controlled breathing during the exercise.
