Exercise Description
Swiss Ball Plank with Feet on Bench is a great upper body strength exercise specifically targeting the shoulder region. Moreover, it also provides stability to the core.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Kneel in front of a bench and place your elbows shoulder-width apart on a Swiss ball. -
Step 2
Prepare the core and put your feet on the bench behind you, pulling the body into the plank. Make sure your body is in a straight line from head to heels. Hold the desired time.
