Exercise Description
Plank with Feet on Swiss Ball is a core strengthening exercise that targets the entire abdominal region. Performing the movement with the Swiss ball will improve lower back and hip stability.
Exercise Instruction

Step 1
Start on a low plank with your forearms on the floor and your feet and shins on the Swiss ball. Your body should make a straight line from shoulders to ankles. Hold that position.
