Instructions

  1. Lie with your back and your arms extended to your sides. Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle and rest your shin on the swiss ball.
  2. Gently rotate your legs to one side in a controlled manner. Pause and then slowly roll to the opposite side.

Tips

  • Be sure to maintain tension in your abdomen throughout the exercise.
  • Don't let your upper back lift off the floor.
