Hip Crossover targets the muscles of the lower back and outer hip. If you experience chronic tension or pain in the hip and low back, the hip crossover can be a great way to restore mobility and function to these areas.

Instructions

  1. Lie on your back, arms extended at your sides, knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
  2. Keeping your back on the floor, lower your knees to one side, then return to the center and then to the other side. Return to starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your knees together, and don't let them touch the floor.
  • Always control your legs. Don't use momentum.
  • Don't let your lower back or shoulders lift off the floor.
