Exercise Description
Swiss Ball EZ-Bar Overhead Triceps Extension provides growth and strength to the triceps muscles. Using a Swiss ball engages your core throughout the movement.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit upright on the Swiss ball with your feet planted firmly on the floor. Grab the EZ bar with a double overhand grip. Lean back towards the ball and position the barbell overhead with your arms fully extended. -
Step 2
Keeping your core tight, bend your elbows and lower the EZ bar behind your head. Pause for a few seconds at the bottom of the movement and return to the starting position by tensing your triceps and straightening your arms.
