Instructions

  1. Sit upright on the Swiss ball with your feet planted firmly on the floor. Grab the EZ bar with a double overhand grip. Lean back towards the ball and position the barbell overhead with your arms fully extended.
  2. Keeping your core tight, bend your elbows and lower the EZ bar behind your head. Pause for a few seconds at the bottom of the movement and return to the starting position by tensing your triceps and straightening your arms.

Tips

  • Be sure to keep your body stable as you move.
  • Don't let your elbows open. Keep your arms still.
