Instructions

  1. Sit on a Swiss ball, hold a pair of dumbbells and place your feet firmly on the floor. Press the dumbbells over his head with your arms fully extended. This is your starting position.
  2. Lower the dumbbells by bending your elbows. Stop when your forearms touch your biceps. Hold for a few seconds, and then return to the starting position by tensing your triceps and straightening your arms.

Tips

  • Slowly lower the dumbbells to feel the stretch in your triceps.
  • Squeeze the triceps at the top of the movement.
  • Don't let your elbows move. They must remain in one place throughout the movement.
