Exercise Description
Straight-Arm Pulldown primarily targets the latissimus dorsi muscles on the sides of your back; it also works the posterior deltoids, triceps, rhomboids, and teres major muscles in your upper arms.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand on an adjustable cable machine and grab a shoulder-width drop bar. Keep your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder-width apart. -
Step 2
Exhale and pull the bar towards your hips. Your arms should remain straight, elbows close. Pause here and then return to the starting position.

Exercise Tip
- Avoid rounding your shoulders. Instead, keep your chest up and your shoulders back and firm.
