Instructions

  1. Stand on an adjustable cable machine and grab a shoulder-width drop bar. Keep your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Exhale and pull the bar towards your hips. Your arms should remain straight, elbows close. Pause here and then return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid rounding your shoulders. Instead, keep your chest up and your shoulders back and firm.
