Exercise Description
Over-Under Shoulder Stretch strengthens the various upper body muscles in the arms (biceps and triceps), chest muscles, shoulders muscles, and back muscles.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
While standing, hold the ends of the resistance band with both hands behind your back. -
Step 2
Bend one arm and bring it back, holding the expander as high as possible. At the same time, bend the other arm over the head, pointing the elbow upwards and grasping the expander as low as possible. Hold and then return to starting position.

Over-Under Shoulder Stretch targets Back, Delts, Lats, Shoulders, Triceps as seen below.
Exercise Tip
- Keep your back straight and core tight throughout the movement.
