Instructions

  1. Lie on your back, arms straight behind your head, holding a medicine ball, and your legs should be fully extended.
  2. At the same time, raise your arms and torso towards each other, trying to touch the medicine ball to your shins before changing direction and returning to the floor.

Tips

  • Be sure to lift your torso and lower body at the same time as a whole.
  • Take your time with this movement, be sure to keep a controlled and consistent pace.
