Exercise Description
Kneeling Cable Crunch is a popular core isolation exercise using a rope attachment and cable stack while kneeling on the floor. It helps to activate muscles throughout your upper abs and lower abs, including the rectus abdominis.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Kneel down in front of an adjustable cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take the rope with palms facing each other and pull it towards the sides of your head. -
Step 2
Tighten your abs and move forward, lowering your head to the floor. Pause for a moment and then return to the starting position.
