Kneeling Cable Crunch

Kneeling Cable Crunch is a popular core isolation exercise using a rope attachment and cable stack while kneeling on the floor. It helps to activate muscles throughout your upper abs and lower abs, including the rectus abdominis.

Instructions

  1. Kneel down in front of an adjustable cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take the rope with palms facing each other and pull it towards the sides of your head.
  2. Tighten your abs and move forward, lowering your head to the floor. Pause for a moment and then return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid pushing the weight. Instead, move slowly and under control.
