Instructions

  1. Start with your hands and knees. Keep your core tight and keep a slight arch in your back. Lift your knees an inch or two off the floor, so your weight is on your arms and legs.
  2. Step forward with one hand and simultaneously bend the opposite knee towards your chest. Return the arm and leg back to the starting position. Then step forward with the other arm, bringing the other knee up to your chest. Return to starting position.

Tips

  • Never allow your lower back to arch at any point.
  • Tighten your abs and tighten your core muscles throughout the exercise.
  • Always keep your head in line with your spine and upper back.
