Exercise Description
Barbell Shoulder Press exercise is a great exercise to strengthen shoulder muscles. This exercise is done with feet shoulder-width apart, which needs less core strength. When shoulder press is done correctly, it can also help strengthen the back and core.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell in front of your chest with your arms bent and shoulder-width apart. Your elbows should point down, and your wrists should be straight. -
Step 2
Squeeze your abs and squeeze your glutes as you press the barbell over your head. Bring your hands together above your head and stand straight. Don't lean back. Carefully return the weight back to its starting position.

Exercise Tip
- Keep your chin parallel to the ground, and do not lean your upper body forward.
