Instructions

  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle and your feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell on your chest. This is your starting position.
  2. Squeeze your core and lift your upper body until the backs of your forearms touch your upper thighs. Pause here and slowly lower yourself back to the starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid over-stretching your lower back. Keep your upper body straight.
