Exercise Description
Underhand-Grip Lat Pulldown targets your back, forearms, and biceps muscles. This workout maximizes the contraction of your lats at the bottom of each rep, which helps build a thicker, stronger back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit on a bench facing an adjustable rope machine with the sidebar high. With a straight back, grasp the bar with a reverse grip, arms fully extended and shoulder-width apart. -
Step 2
Pull your shoulder blades down and back, pulling the bar to your chest. Pause and then return to the starting position.
