  1. Sit on a bench facing an adjustable rope machine with the sidebar high. With a straight back, grasp the bar with a reverse grip, arms fully extended and shoulder-width apart.
  2. Pull your shoulder blades down and back, pulling the bar to your chest. Pause and then return to the starting position.
