Exercise Description
Lat Pulldown is a fantastic exercise to strengthen the major muscle in your back, which promotes good postures and spinal stability.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit on the lat pulldown station and grip the bar with an overhand grip which should be slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and your arms should be completely straight and your torso vertical. -
Step 2
Pull your shoulder blades down and back and pull the bar towards your chest. Pause and then slowly return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid rounding your upper back. Sit up straight with your chest up and your shoulders back.
- Do not use a partial range of motion. Pull the bar up to your collarbone.
