Exercise Description
Swiss Ball Dumbbell Flye is a gym work out exercise that targets abs and chest and involves shoulders and triceps.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Hold a pair of dumbbells with your palms facing each other. Position your upper and middle back on the Swiss ball. Bend your knees 90 degrees, keeping your hips elevated. Exhale and lift both dumbbells to the ceiling and pause. -
Step 2
Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells to the sides until the arms are almost fully extended, slightly bent at the elbow, and parallel to the chest. Break. Exhale and tighten your chest, returning to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Be sure to keep a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
- Don't let your hips drop down.
