Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the swiss ball, and rest your feet on a bench or wall. Put your hands behind your head.
  2. Lift your torso up by flexing your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back until your back forms a straight line. Pause for a second and then return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Does not overexert the lower back in a locked position.
  • Don't strain your neck.
  • Be sure to pause at the top of the rep.
