Exercise Description
Swiss Ball Back Extension provides strength to the lower back, hamstrings, and glutes. Using a Swiss ball for this exercise engages the core activities and improves balance.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie face down on the swiss ball, and rest your feet on a bench or wall. Put your hands behind your head. -
Step 2
Lift your torso up by flexing your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back until your back forms a straight line. Pause for a second and then return to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Does not overexert the lower back in a locked position.
- Don't strain your neck.
- Be sure to pause at the top of the rep.
