Superman On Swiss Ball targets your lower body, including glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and shoulder muscles, as well as strengthens the core. Using a Swiss ball to perform this exercise increases the difficulty level.

Instructions

  1. With your face down on a Swiss ball, your feet straight behind you, arms fully extended in front of you, and your palms on the floor. This is your starting position.
  2. Extend your back and lift your arms, so they form a straight line with your torso. Hold and then return to starting position.

Tips

  • Make sure you fully engage your gluteal muscles. Squeeze them at the top of the move.
  • Keep your head in line with the rest of your body.
