Exercise Description
Serratus Chair Shrug is an effective exercise that strengthens the shoulder muscles as well as rotator cuff muscles.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Place your hands on the bench behind you at hip level. Place your feet in front of you and bend your knees, supporting your body in front of the bench. Drop your shoulders and lift your upper body. -
Step 2
Extend your arms fully, shrugging your shoulders to your ears. Let your back relax so that your torso drops between your shoulders. Stop and return to the beginning.

Exercise Tip
- Be sure to keep your knees bent at 90 degrees and maintain good posture throughout the movement.
