Instructions

  1. Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold a pair of dumbbells directly over your shoulders with your arms fully extended.
  2. Squeeze your core and lift your shoulders as high as possible, pushing your weight toward the ceiling. Pause in the standing position, then relax your shoulders and return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid bending your arms while moving. Keep your arms fully extended.
