Overhead Dumbbell Shrug is one of the best exercises for toning your upper back muscles, building big traps, and improving your posture.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, hold a pair of dumbbells directly over your shoulders with your arms fully extended. -
Step 2
Squeeze your core and lift your shoulders as high as possible, pushing your weight toward the ceiling. Pause in the standing position, then relax your shoulders and return to the starting position.
