Instructions

  1. Sit on the mat or floor with your knees bent at 90 degrees and your feet flat on the floor in front of you. Lean back slightly and shift your weight onto your elbows, palms down.
  2. Tighten your abs and lift your legs off the floor. Without changing the position of the knees, draw a circle with your feet in the same direction. Pause and draw a circle with your feet in the opposite direction.

Tips

  • Don't swing your upper body back and forth by drawing circles with your feet.
  • Keep your core tight throughout the exercise.
  • Keep as little weight as possible on your elbows so that your abs work harder.
