  1. Get into a standard push-up position with one hand on the floor and the other on a medicine ball. Your body should be straight, legs straight, and toes pointing towards the floor.
  2. Tighten your body and slowly lower yourself to the floor. Pause and return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Don't let your elbows open during the movement.
  • Make sure the hand on the medicine ball is stable before lowering the body.
