Exercise Description
Pushup with One Hand on Medicine Ball is a great workout that targets your shoulder, triceps, and chest. By isolating one arm at a time, the exercise increases balance and creates stability and symmetry throughout the entire shoulder.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get into a standard push-up position with one hand on the floor and the other on a medicine ball. Your body should be straight, legs straight, and toes pointing towards the floor. -
Step 2
Tighten your body and slowly lower yourself to the floor. Pause and return to the starting position.
