Instructions

  1. Get into a push-up position with your arms fully straight and the instep of your foot resting on the Swiss ball. Your body should form a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Lower your body until your body is one to two inches above the floor. Pause, then push off to return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your elbows bent at your sides.
  • Keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the movement.
  • Place your hands directly on the Swiss ball to reduce the chance of injury.
