Instructions

  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Hold the medicine ball with both hands on your chest.
  2. Holding the medicine ball against your chest, squeeze your stomach and use your abs to lift your shoulder and torso off the floor, pressing into your knees. Pause and then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Make sure the medicine ball is pressed against your chest throughout the movement.
  • Don't let your feet leave the floor.
