Exercise Description
Medicine Ball Leg Drops strengthens your lower abs, help train your core stability, and strengthen and protect your low back.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie face down on the floor and hold a light medicine ball between your calves. Keep your legs almost straight so they are perpendicular to the floor, and keep them directly above your hips. -
Step 2
Let your feet drop as low as possible without touching the floor. Pause, then reverse the movement and return your legs to the starting position.

Exercise Tips
- Don't let your back twist when lowering the medicine ball.
- Keep your abs always tight. Don't let your feet touch the floor.
- Don't use impulse. Pause at the bottom, then use the press to tuck in your pelvis and return your legs to their original position.
