Exercise Description
Lateral Stepover is a dynamic multi-joint exercise that targets the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings and also increases functionality and mobility throughout the hips.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand right next to the bench. Raise your inside leg and take a step across the bench. -
Step 2
Repeat immediately with the outside leg to be on the opposite side of the bench.

Lateral Stepover targets Abs, Hips, Legs as seen below.
Exercise Tip
- Bring your knees into the midline of your body to ensure proper hip activation.
