Instructions

  1. Kneel down with your knees and shoulder-width apart next to an adjustable rope machine with a D-handle in the up position. Grasp the handle with both hands, bending your elbows and pulling your shoulders back.
  2. Squeeze your core and pull the handle down across your body to the opposite thigh. Pause and then return to the starting position.

Tips

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
  • Move slowly, under control.
