Exercise Description
Kneeling Ab Wheel helps strengthen your back muscles and improve stability throughout your body while also improving shoulder and triceps strength.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Get on your knees and hold the handles of the abs wheel with an overhand grip. -
Step 2
Roll the wheel in front of you with outstretched arms. Your knees should be still, and your torso will move forward with your arms. Pause and lift your body to the starting position.

Kneeling Ab Wheel targets Abs, Back, Hips, Obliques, Shoulders, Triceps as seen below.
Exercise Tips
- Your body should make a straight line from your shoulders to your hips at all times.
- Don't let your hips drop at the bottom of the movement.
- Do not help yourself with your hands to return to the starting position; instead, use your abs to pull your body up.
