Exercise Description
Incline Rear-Leg Extension is a good hip strengthening exercise. It maintains the muscular balance on both sides.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Do the downward dog pose with your hands on the floor about three feet from your toes. Lift your hips and tighten your abs. form a straight line from feet to hips and hips to shoulders. -
Step 2
Lift one leg back and up, stretching the heel towards the sky. Tighten your buttocks. Return the leg to its original position.

Exercise Tips
- Squeeze your glutes at the top of each rep.
- Keep your upper body straight and avoid twisting from side to side during the exercise.
- Avoid overstretching your lower back at the top of the movement.
