Instructions

  1. Stand with your arms extended in front of you. Push your chest forward and take a big step to the side, bringing your hips back and bending your front knee. Keep your back leg as straight as possible.
  2. Bring the back leg just behind the front leg, lowering the knee just above the floor. Push with your back foot to return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.

Tips

  • Keep a slight forward bend at the hips.
  • It is important that the heel of the supporting leg is firmly on the floor.
