Instructions

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your hands on the back of your head. Lean back, so your torso forms a 45-degree angle with the floor. Raise your legs a few inches off the floor. This is your starting position.
  2. Tighten your torso and twist your torso to one side, fully extending the opposite leg. Pause, then reverse the movement.
