Exercise Description
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Set the bench at a 90° incline and sit with your feet flat on the floor and your back on the bench. Raise the dumbbells to chest height with palms facing forward. -
Step 2
Exhale and lift the dumbbells up until your arms are fully extended, using your chest muscles to accelerate the movement. Don't let the dumbbells touch each other.

Exercise Tips
- Keep tension in your chest as you lift the weight up.
- Don't let your elbows open during the press. Keep them close to your body.
