Kettlebell Chest Press

Kettlebell Chest Press is a variation of the traditional bench press that primarily targets the upper chest and front delt.

Instructions

  1. Grab a couple of weights and lie on your back on a flat bench. Hold the kettlebell directly above your chest with your palms facing each other.
  2. Slowly lower the kettlebells to your sides or chest, bending your elbows close to your body so that they form a 45-degree angle in the bottom position. Pause and then return the weights to the starting position.

Tips

  • Try to keep your elbows close to your body throughout the exercise.
  • Keep your wrists straight with the kettlebells resting on the back of your arms throughout the movement.
