Exercise Description
Crescent Circle is a core strengthening exercise that primarily targets your lower body, lower abs, and hips. This exercise is also very effective in improving the conditioning of squads.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Sit with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Lean back to rest your elbows on the floor. Place your palms on the floor and pull your knees towards your chest. -
Step 2
Contract your abs and, keeping your back and hips together, extend both legs parallel to the floor. Draw a circle in the air with your feet.

Exercise Tips
- Focus on keeping your chest straight and pulling your shoulders back.
- Do the exercise slowly and under control.
- Point your toes throughout the movement.
