Exercise Description
Lying Straight Leg Raise strengthens the muscles of the upper thigh, and the quadriceps, without placing any stress on the knee joint.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Lie on the floor with your back and your legs straight. -
Step 2
Raise one leg as high as possible, and be sure to keep it straight throughout. Then return it to the floor in a controlled manner.

Exercise Tips
- Keep your leg as straight as possible as you move.
- Avoid using momentum to lift your leg. Perform each repetition slowly and under control.
- Keep your legs bent.
