Instructions

  1. Get on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Round your upper back by pushing your shoulders forward and looking down. This is your starting or cat position.
  2. Pause and slightly arch your back while looking at the ceiling. Return to starting position.

Tips

  • Avoid moving too fast. Focus on slow and controlled movement.
  • Be sure to tighten your abs to support your core throughout the exercise.
