Instructions

  1. In a staggered stance, stand about two to three feet in front of a wall. Make sure the toes of the back foot are in line with the heel of the front foot. Put your hands on the wall.
  2. Bend your back knee so that you feel a slight stretch above your back ankle. Hold, relax and return to the starting position to repeat with the other leg.

Tips

  • Don't stretch your calf too much. You shouldn't feel any pain.
  • The key is to hold the stretch rather than moving quickly from one leg to the other.
