Exercise Description
Bent-Leg Calf Stretch places more emphasis on the Soleus muscle and improving strength and flexibility of the lower leg.
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
In a staggered stance, stand about two to three feet in front of a wall. Make sure the toes of the back foot are in line with the heel of the front foot. Put your hands on the wall. -
Step 2
Bend your back knee so that you feel a slight stretch above your back ankle. Hold, relax and return to the starting position to repeat with the other leg.

Exercise Tips
- Don't stretch your calf too much. You shouldn't feel any pain.
- The key is to hold the stretch rather than moving quickly from one leg to the other.
