Target Muscles

Instructions

  1. Stand up straight and extend both arms forward.
  2. Bend your right wrist back to point your fingers towards the sky, then grab them with your left hand. Pull your fingers back, feeling the stretch. We keep time.

Tips

  • Avoid stretching too much. The muscles and tendons in the hand can be damaged, so apply pressure gradually.
  • Avoid bending your elbow. This reduces the stretch.
