Exercise Description
Wrist Flexion Stretch is specifically designed to stretch your hands and wrists. The downward flexion motion will slightly target the inner region of the forearms
Exercise Instructions

Step 1
Stand up straight and extend both arms forward. -
Step 2
Bend your right wrist down to point your fingers towards the floor, then hold them with your left hand. Pull your fingers back, feeling the stretch. We keep time.

Exercise Tips
- Avoid stretching too much. The muscles and tendons in hand can be damaged, so apply pressure gradually.
- Avoid bending your elbow. This reduces the stretch.
